Toad in a Hole

Hernan and I both love toad in a hole and it reminds me of being a kid. It is also cool because you can put anything on it such as cheese, tomato sauce, salsa, etc. This time, I put cheese and truffle oil.

All you do is take a glass and make holes in the pieces of bread with the top of the glass. Then you put a little bit of butter in a hot saute pan and place the two pieces of bread in. Then crack an egg into each hole and flip over after about 2 minutes. Cook on the other side. The yolk should be runny. Add some cheese on top or tomato sauce or whatever you want!
